Given the prominence of historic buildings in the hospitality sector, we are particularly adept at working with local authority conservation officers to develop successful schemes on listed buildings or in conservation areas that simultaneously meet client brief and expectations whilst being sympathetic to the heritage of the site and protecting its history.

Should complex issues arise on applications that necessitate the client appointment of a specialist, such as a planning consultant, we will work closely with them to ensure that detailed and accurate information is supplied to support a favourable resolution to your applications.
