Measured Surveys

Our measured building surveys utilise the latest technology to ensure an accurate representation of your site. Through a combination of our point cloud scanner, manual check measures, and drone scanning, we are able to provide a service that allows you to navigate your site via any internet browser, and also ensures accurate data from which we can prepare your plans, elevations, sections and 3D models in order to support your development project.

Even if you don’t require measured drawing information, our surveys are of great benefit to anyone wishing to prepare SOC reports or roofing reports without having to physically go into, or up to the roof of, the site.

Our approach ensures surveys can be undertaken efficiently and accurately saving you time and money.
As an additional benefit, client’s can also make use of our survey output to produce walkthroughs of a site at completion, which can then be hosted on your company website to offer customers a first look at your venue to encourage them to visit in person.
