The result of this collaborative design approach, developed between MGI, the client, contractor and the local authority has provided a fantastic new space offering alfresco dining beside unique fire-pits adaptable to all weather conditions for annual use.
The extension works comprised a new steel framed flat roof extension with copper framing concealing an external pergola upon entrance, new floor to ceiling bi-folding door and windows to increase internal light and views out to the water front and improvements to the internal and external level changes to provide inclusive access to all visitors from the street through to the hotel
