The Goose

This project may look all glitz and glam now but in the initial stages of MGI receiving this brief  it required extensive structural works to be undertaken to strengthen the trade area floor as well as removal of chimney breasts to increase the trade space, and the associated management of party wall negotiations. Now this long standing and well loved  bar in Manchester’s Gay Village sits proudly back in its rightful place at the heart of the LGBTQIA+ community. A full extensive renovation included upgrade to the bar and back fitting, a new DJ booth, modular stage, bespoke flooring, decorations and a complex lighting scheme.

To complete the transformation, external decorations and a new RGB colour changing signage scheme were designed to announce the bar`s presence to passers by.

We are sure The Goose will continue to offer the community of Manchester quality drink and fabulous entertainment for many more years to come
