This popular drinkers site in Timperley was in a state of disrepair when our client appointed us to redesign it as a more family and female friendly dining venue. In order to facilitate the new food offer the existing catering kitchen had to be doubled in size, stealing space from the trade area. The pub previously traded as a 2 room operation so one of the major changes to the layout was to split out the dividing wall to create a more open trade space.
Playing on the Site`s name, finishes were chosen with a floral motif in mind, paired with burnt timber panelling and quirky features such as lighting made from “up-cycled” watering cans and a feature wine bottle ceiling in the front snug area.
