The Boat House

Following years of neglect under the previous occupant, MGI were approached by their client to refurbish and rejuvenate the interior and exterior of the site including structural alterations to maximise the available trade area and improve the customer journey throughout the site.

MGI created a design proposal that remained sympathetic to the many original existing features within the building whilst at the same time lifting the site from its previous community local status to a popular mid-level dining destination. Since the site`s grand re-opening The Boathouse has far exceeded its projected return on investment with a consistent weekly turnover of £30,000 and positive customer feedback from everyone who visits.
