Punch Pubs are one of the largest and most diverse operators of pubs, bars and restaurants in the UK. Their estate comprises a mix of properties, varying from larger eateries, to traditional pubs.  

With structural changes across the industry, along with challenges faced by growth through acquisition, Punch have an ongoing requirement to invest and innovate across their portfolio. In particular, making properties attractive to new operators, as well as their customers, is a key success factor across the group. 

To assist, our specialists in hospitality design and fit-out have developed a systematic approach to designing and rolling out both templated and bespoke CAPEX programs, at scale, nationwide. This has provided Punch with consistent access to the design and project management expertise required to achieve target returns on investment, and to help them let vacant properties.
